Common CNC systems can be supported after the exact control model, communication interface and machine configuration are confirmed.
The TC-250 is a 5-axis CNC rotary table with a 255 mm worktable for multi-angle machining and complex workpieces. It is intended for applications that benefit from fewer re-clamping operations, including multi-face milling, angled drilling and indexed machining.
Selection should be based on the machine travel, table load, spindle clearance, workpiece envelope and required machining orientations. YidaiCNCParts can assess the mechanical layout and control arrangement before installation.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Maximum workpiece diameter | 330 mm |
| Worktable diameter | 255 mm |
| Table height, horizontal | 310 mm |
| Center bore diameter | 95h7 mm |
| Through bore hole | 50h7 mm |
| T-slot width | 14h7 mm |
| Allowable cutting torque | 50 kg-m |
Is TC-250 suitable for every 3-axis machine? No. A 5-axis rotary table must be evaluated against the target machine's mechanical space, payload and control architecture.

Matched rotary tables, servo hardware and external control options for indexed machining projects.
Common CNC systems can be supported after the exact control model, communication interface and machine configuration are confirmed.
On supported TCP/IP integrations, operators can jog the 4th or 5th axis from the CNC's built-in handwheel without adding a separate MPG or control pendant.
A complete external-axis project can substantially reduce investment compared with an OEM additional-axis package, depending on the machine and project scope.
External control is intended primarily for indexed positioning and multi-face machining. Full simultaneous interpolation requires a separate CNC and servo-architecture review.
